PTA UNI Washer

The Uni Washer from PTA, specially developed for medium production capacities, combines the best cleaning results with substantial ecological and economical benefits.  The new development for the fully automatic special cleaning of small industrial parts with a high end-finish demand is characterized by extremely high purification level results and unequalled short process times. The UNI Washer can be used universally and is particularly suitable for cleaning rubber and plastic parts.

Intelligent technology for the greatest production efficiency

The goods to be washed can be added without manual intervention when the machine is loaded and unloaded. The transport containers (25-liter capacity) are automatically loaded into the machine with the help of sensors, and are also automatically unloaded. These are also cleaned at the same time, in order to avoid subsequent contamination. In order to minimize the risk of residues in the water or in the barrel, the Uni-Washer performs additional self-cleaning (CIP cleaning) between loads. The patented system is regulated by SPC. Various programs can be selected, depending on the specific goods to be washed and the customer's requirements. The programming is always individually coordinated to the product requirements. The Uni-Washer was jointly developed with West Pharmaceutical Services in order to ensure pharmaceutical production with a large quantity of rubber closure parts in a very short time.
