PTA WST Washer

The WST systems from PTA were specially developed for cleaning large quantities of small industrial parts made of rubber or plastic, and are ideally suited for large production environments with correspondingly high throughput.

The patented systems are completely regulated by SPC. Various programs can be selected to suit the specific bulk material and the customer's requirements. The programming is individually coordinated to the product requirements.

Particularly advantageous for quick, smooth production sequences is the cleaning, rinsing, drying and - where needed - siliconizing in one process step.

A well-thought-out concept: The highest purity level also guarantees the strict separation of the loading or "dirty" side from the removal or "clean" side. In this case, the systems are integrated into the particular production environment so as to separate the areas. The systems work according to a high pressure cleaning method; washing and rinsing baths are heated indirectly in order to ensure a constant temperature.

PTA WST washers are available in three models for various loading capacities:

• WST-850 PT :  Capacity up to 180 kg (< 350 l rubber moulded parts)
• WST-1000 PT: Capacity up to 240 kg
• WST-1500 PT: Capacity up to 300 kg
