Direct and complete extraction of harmful substances and toxic dusts

PTA Filter Systems ensure that people and their surroundings are protected against dangerous dust, for example, during the production of antibiotics and vitamins at filling stations and powder-coating systems. The high filtration efficiency level of 99.997% (according to DOP) means that the systems are suitable for use in air circulation mode in the chemical, food, tobacco and beverage industries, in addition to the pharmaceutical industry.

Depending on the equipment, the PTA HEPA filter system is either a mobile or stationary gas filter system with high-performance airborne particle filter inserts; the first filter stage is available in various models to suit the type.

The filters' dust loading is monitored during operation by differential pressure switches. The second filter stage guarantees a minimum filtration efficiency of 99.997% for a particle size of 0.3 µm.

This guarantees that the dust concentration on the clean gas side does not climb above the legally permitted value in the event that the first filter stage breaks. The housing is self-supporting, made of stainless steel (material number 1.4301), welded to be gas-tight, pickled and ground.
